Therapy FAQS
Do you accept insurance? If no, how much does therapy cost?
If you have insurance, you may be able to see any therapist you like and get reimbursed for some or all of your out-of-pocket expenses by using the "out-of-network" benefit offered by many insurance companies.
We can issue you a receipt (a superbill) for you to submit to your insurer for possible reimbursement.
As a "out-of-network" service provider, many insurance companies will pay 50-100% of our normal rate.

How long will my child need therapy?
It is not possible to say how long your child will be in therapy. Each child is unique. Each family’s ability to support their child in therapy is different. It is important for you to know that we want your child to finish therapy as quickly as they are able. We have to meet children where they are at and move them along, helping them progress and achieve their goals. For the most part, there is no quick fix and some issues can take a long time to remediate.
Do you offer in-home speech therapy?
Yes, our therapists come to you. For details contact us today. Therapy is also provided in community-based environments such as childcare centers, schools, aftercare programs, and ABA centers.
Do my child need to be re-evaluated, if they've been recently tested?
No, your child does not need additional testing as long as the date of their previous evaluation is less than 6 months before the service start time. A Plan of care (POC) will be developed and provided to parents(s)/ guardian(s) within 48 hours after intake forms are completed and received.
Do you provide therapy for adults?
Yes, our clinic provides therapy to adults over 18 years of age. Please contact our office to obtain additional information.
Where is your office located?
We do not have a traditional brick-and-mortar location. We provide comprehensive speech and language services in a child's most naturalistic environment (e.g., daycare, camps, school, aftercare program and etc.) Please call for more details.
Do you offer virtual speech therapy or Teletherapy?
We do offer Hippa compliant teletherapy services.
When are services billed?
Payment is due in full for all services at the time they are rendered.
